What The Hell!!!

Here we are................21st Century....and crap like this is going on.......

Today...7/6/2010 we go to court for Anthony Hughes citations for DUI and NO INSURANCE and this is what happens....

DUI...dismissed because alcohol level below legally intoxicated even tough he was tested 3 hours after the accident!!!

No Insurance....$500.00 fine...what the hell..............we ( Melissa and Raymond ) have incurred 30 + thousand dollars of debt and on going prosthetic needs and i'm sure knee replacements because of Anthony Hughes's negligents........Does the laws protect us or the accused...what the hell........i am to pay for the rest of my life and he nothing....great job Judge!!!
